Aeron Zentner
Dean of Institutional Research, Planning, Effectiveness and Grant Development
I currently lead the Division of Institutional Research, Effectiveness, Planning, and Grant Development at Coastline College, serve as chair of the College’s IRB, and serve as a board member for Talismatic and the Research and Planning (RP) Group.
My educational background consists of a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with an emphasis on strategy and innovation. I have also earned a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) and Master of Science in Leadership (MSL). Additionally, I am certified in progression planning, six sigma statistics, total quality management, root-cause analysis, and project management. I have published over 40 working papers and articles on the topics of innovation, leadership, strategy, and higher education and have given statewide, national, and international presentations on research strategy, assessment, analytics, and planning.
